Shipping & Returns

The delivery time on our jewelry is based on the production time needed in our atelier. You can find the production time and additional product information next to each product. Please plan accordingly and contact us directly at info@fleurkassels.com if you are in a time crunch or if you have any questions regarding shipping.


National orders:
All orders within The Netherlands will be carried by PostNL and provided with a track&trace code. This track&trace code will be sent to you by email by PostNL right after your package has been shipped out. Shipping costs for orders within The Netherlands are EUR 6,50 and will be specified on your invoice. PostNL states to deliver packages within 2 business days after you received the track&trace code. This information is an indication provided by PostNL and that we cannot guaranty any delivery time based on this information. Please note we can't be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier.

All products will be send registered . We offer free shipping for product above EUR 200.


International orders:
All international orders will be carried by PostNL and are provided with a track&trace code. This track&trace code will be sent to you by email by PostNL: right after your package has been shipped out. Shipping costs and delivery time for international orders depends on the destination and the costs are specified on  your invoice. Additional import, customs and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country's specific requirements. Please note we can't be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier.

 

Returns

  1. Most jewelry is handmade to order, so please consider this as you finalize your selection. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us of your return within 7 days of your order receipt, via info@fleurkassels.com. Custom made items are not eligible for return.
  2. If goods are used, worn, damaged or incomplete we have the right to
    refuse returned items.
  3. All accepted returned items will be given store credit. No cash refunds.
  4. The costs and responsibility of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is damaged from a manufacturing error).
  5. The refund will take place after receipt and inspection within 7 working days from the day that your returned package arrived back in our atelier.
